The TCS4326 is a synchronous current mode buckregulator capable of driving 3A continuous load current with excellent line and load regulation. The TCS4326can operate with an input range 4.5V to 26V and theoutput can be extemally set ftom 0.92V to 20V with aresistor divider.
Fault condition protection includes cycle-by-cyclecurrent limiting and thermal shutdown. In shutdownmode the regulator draws 3uA of supply currentProgrammable soft-start minimizes the inrush supplycurrent and the output overshoot at initial startupAutomatic pulse skipping mode operation increaseefficiency at light loads.
The TCS4326 require a minimum number of externalcomponents.
