The deviceintegrates a main switch and a synchronousrectifier for high efficiency without an externaSchottky diode. lt is ideal for powering portableequipment that runs from a single cell Lithium-lon(Li+)battery. The output voltage can be regulatedas low as 0.6v. The Tcs4011can also run at 100%duty cycle for low dropout operation, extendingbattery life in portable system.
