The TCS4815 is a high efficiency, Constant on-Time (COT) control mode synchronous step-downDC-DC converter capable of delivering up to 5Acurrent. TCS4815 integrates main switch andsynchronous switch with very low Ros(oN)tominimize the conduction loss. Low output voltageripple and small external inductor and capacitorsize are achieved with typical 600kHz switchingfrequency. lt adopts the COT architecture and forcePWM operation in steady state to achieve fasttransient responses for high voltage step downapplications.
The TCS4815 requires a minimum number ofreadily available standard external componentsand is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 RoHScompliant package.
