TCS9808 Series are a set of three-terminal lowpower voltage detectors implemented in NMOStechnology.Each voltage detector in the seriesdetects a particular fixed voltage ranging from 2.0to 7.0V. The voltage detectors consist of a highprecision and low power consumption standardvoltage source, a comparator, hysteresis circuit, andan output driver. NMoS technology ensures lowpower consumption
